How should you prepare a request to a judicial officer?
A well-prepared request lets the office assess your case on first reading. Enter your first name, last name, email and phone number, then choose the service: service of process, bailiff inspection (constat), debt recovery, enforcement of a court order or another legal inquiry. Describe the situation in a few lines: the parties, the dates, the place and what you expect from the judicial officer. Attach the relevant documents, up to five PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files of no more than 5 MB each, for example the judgment or title to be served or enforced, or the invoice, cheque or acknowledgment of debt for a recovery.
