Data we collect

The consultation request form collects:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • the requested service and the details of your request;
  • the language of the page used and the date of submission;
  • optional attachments: up to 5 PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files, 5 MB maximum each.

The contact form on the home page collects your name, email, phone number, subject and message, plus the page language; this data is stored in the same way as consultation requests.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send us.

Purposes

This data is used to answer your request, to review and, where applicable, handle your case, and to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp. It is processed on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.

Storage and security

  • Requests are recorded in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Access is restricted to the firm: the public website can record a request but cannot read it back.
  • Attachments are checked (format, size, and whether the file content matches its format), then stored in a private storage space that only the firm can access.
  • Traffic between your browser and the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States); attachments pass through a server function of the website before being stored.

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet the firm's legal obligations.

Analytics and third-party services

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures website traffic. It loads on your first interaction with the page (scroll, click, touch, keyboard) or after a few seconds, and uses cookies. You can block it in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provided by Google.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., the host) measure page views and loading speed in aggregate, without cookies.
  • WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp service (Meta), which applies its own privacy policy.
  • The home page embeds a Google Maps map, and a website widget loads a font from Google Fonts; displaying them sends your IP address to Google.

Your rights

Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify your data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to baffounhuissier@gmail.com or to the firm's address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
